Once you become a loyalty member, you will be able to earn StarReward points on every purchase and redeem them. Plus, there's additional ways to earn points on other activities, such as for referrals, reviews and following us on social media.

It's simple! Sign up in just a few clicks by navigating to 'My Account' page and creating an account with us. You’ll receive a confirmation email, and then you’re good to embark your beauty journey with us!

Your StarReward points accrued for those purchases will appear in your account.

Once you’re Ululada member, you will have full access to our offerings and more. Just be sure to sign in with the same account/email each time you shop. As you spend, you’ll level up to higher tiers to access even more rewards benefits.

There are more ways to earn StarReward points! Points can be earned regularly throught the following ways:

• Every SGD$1 spent = 1 StarReward point (Lifestyle tier)
• Every SGD$1 spent = 1.3 multipier StarReward point (Prestige tier)
• Every SGD$1 spent = 1.7 mutipier StarReward point (Premier tier)
• Leaving product reviews for purchased products = 10 points and add photo reviews for bonus 5 points = 15 points
• Earn 10 points for following per Social Media. Excludes sharing or liking social account posts. (Applicable to our Instagram, Facebook)

There are also one-time Ululada StarReward points for the following:

• Upon creation of Ululada Loyalty & Rewards Program = 50 points

Redeem your StarReward points for dollars off your purchase. Look for the rewards tag, select your desired amount, and hit "Earn."

Available for all members, Prestige and Premier! On your birthday month, you will receive 20% discount off.

Please log in your account and save your birth date at rewards tag.

You must make a purchase of min. SGD30 in order to redeem.

Ululada StarReward Points will expire 1 YEAR at the end of the equivalent month in which they were earned, apply to all tiers.

Earned StarReward points that has expired will not be refunded.

Invite your friend to Ululada store with a unique link and get rewarded for each referred friend.

• The referred must use the unique link to complete their first order with Ululada store and receive 20% off of their first order.
• The purchase made by the referred individual must have a subtotal of SGD30+ to be eligible for this promotion.
• The discount is not to be combined with other discounts or offers, such as sales promotions.
• Upon referred individual has placed their order, the referring member will receive their own unique code to be used for 20% off on future order.
• The referral must have made at least 1 purchase with us in before being able to receive a reward for referring a friend.

Unfortunately, you cannot transfer points between two accounts.
