RETURN & REFUNDS
We accept returns on new products due to below box stated conditions and we accept returns on new products within 7 days of the delivery date to your original payment method. Only products purchased directly on Ululada.com are eligible for return. All gift card, sheet mask and set purchases are final sale.
Refunds will exclude the amount of any outbound shipping costs and return label fees. If you wish to use your own shipping method to send your items to us, please include your invoice or order number in your return shipment and send us a message at hello@ululada.com with the information.
Ululada monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges. Repeated returns behavior may lead to the closure of your account or future orders being refused at out discretion.

How to Return: Once you provide your email address associated with the order, you will receive an email with next steps for completing your return on items you wish to return.
Streamline your Return: Pack the item(s), remove any previous mailing labels and drop off to your local dispatch
Refunds: Once received, return packages are processed with 5 - 10 business days and you will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Refunds can take 3 - 5 business days to appear in your card account depending on your card issuer's processing times. If you do not see your refund within that time frame, please notify hello@ululada.com.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time.
